ICT Norway, an interest organisation for the IT industry in Norway, has started using SuperOffice Netserver technology to automate how it updates its member database in SuperOffice CRM 5.
Serving 1300 members via the Web
Per Morten Hoff, General Secretary with ICT Norway, describes the challenge the organisation has been facing: "We are a relatively small team, and it has been a great challenge keeping our member database up-to-date. The industry is constantly changing, and people switch jobs quite often. In addition, we have not had an effective communication channel for distributing information to members. With our new member portal, we can let members update their own contact information and interests - and put it directly into our CRM 5 database. This results in much less administration, and leaves us with more time to create value for our members. Another important advantage with a higher quality member database is obviously that we make sure every member receives the information they want, when they want it. We have used SuperOffice CRM for many years, and everyone is very pleased with the possibilites that SuperOffice Netserver has offered us.
