• SuperManager

Import interface which links to or imports from external data sources like ERP systems, Web services, SQL databases, MS Access databases, XML and csv/txt files. SuperManager sports an instinctive field mapping interface and clever data transformation feature amongst many useful import features.

• ProductPage (Form Designer)

ProductPage presents the highly popular feature that is to design and create additional MorePages to display within SuperOffice CRM. ProductPage can be used by SuperOffice users to manually type in information, to display data imported or linked from external data sources (see SuperManager) or even both. ProductPage is perfect for ERP integration, displaying orders, invoices etc. but is also superb for creating digital dashboards, budget views and performance cockpits complete with charts, grids etc. ProductPage webtabs are easily designed with the intuitive “Form Designer” which offers a graphical design interface for easy design and deployment.

• SuperAddress

When it comes to enhancing the data quality in SuperOffice, SuperAddress is the obvious choice. Tight integration with an ever growing number of address suppliers like Dun & Bradstreet, Experian KOB and NN Markedsdata keeps address and economic data in SuperOffice up to date, and keeps the SuperOffice user from typing in information manually, which would lower the data quality. SuperAddress also includes a very useful duplicate search engine, which will help you get rid of any duplicate data in SuperOffice CRM.

• SuperSearch

SuperSearch enables you to search for information from all(!) available fields in SuperOffice including udef fields. Combine search criteria’s, do negative search criteria’s, save criteria’s for later use, export result to Excel, CSV, graphical charts or SuperOffice Selections and all with the greatest of ease. It’s even possible to hook up an external data source (ERP, SQL, Access, Etc.) to combine searching in SuperOffice with searching in external data sources. 

• SuperSentry

SuperSentry extends the possibilities for confidentiality settings in SuperOffice CRM. As a SuperOffice user you may choose exactly which of your fellow SuperOffice users that gets to see and/or edit the Companies, Projects, Activities, Documents, Person or Sales you have created. SuperSentry works as a great addition to the built-in Role system in SuperOffice CRM.
