ERP Product View
Get data presented directly on a tab in SuperOffice
Product View shows data from the company’s ERP system directly in SuperOffice’s user interface.
It can be a look-up directly in the ERP system or data from the local database.
Additionally Product View collects information from the sales persons. Product View can e.g. register what copy machine a customer uses, or collect information about what kind of cars the customers have, how old the cars are, and how many km to the litre the cars have run.
The modules consists of 3 parts, a design part, a view part and a search part.
Design
Your company gets an administration tool that creates tabs without using programming.
View
With the Product View module several tabs can be placed connected with the contact
part and/or the project part in SuperOffice.
Search
When a field is created in the design part you chose if the fi eld should be searchable.
From the result selections can be created in SuperOffice.
E.g. you can create searches such as ‘create a selection on all companies with open activities’,
or ‘create a selection on all companies with a sales forecast amounting for more than 80%’.
Technique
The configuration and the installation of the module are carried out without using programming. However it is required that SuperOffice runs on a SQL, MS-SQL, Sybase or Oracle database, and that the data, which is to be available on the tabs can be collected via ODBC. No Webserver demands are required.
Travel
Product View can be used when travelling. You can chose between a solution, which transfers data to the SuperOffice database, and a solution, which puts data in an independent database.
