Presentation
This is a minor Service Release that will replace the previous version of this product. The version will address a few high priority issues reported in the previous versions of this product. The issues solved are linked to:
· Support for Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 in web panels
· Correct re-painting when a web panels is resized or needs repaint
· Support for creating of users when a strict password policy is activated on SQL server 2005 (in combination with Windows 2003 server).
We have only fixed bugs that have a low risk profile. This means that the chance of
introducing new bugs as a result of fixing an existing one should be kept to a minimum.
For this reason, we have concluded that this Service Release does not need a Beta program, and will be released after an extensive internal test program only.
This version will result in a new CD as well as a new set of program files. The Service Release will not need an upgrade or rebuild of the existing SuperOffice database, but we will replace the content of the system tables in the database during the update process.
There are no changes in the system requirements for this version compared to the previous version.
